CA Field Sales Executive

ProSolve is looking for a CA Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by selling ProSolve solutions to schools and districts. The CA Field Sales Executive is expected to build and maintain business relationships with new customers through consultative selling skills, leading to the sale of ProSolve solutions and related professional development programs. This role must have the ability to meet and present in-person with district administrators as environment allows.  The initial territory will be focused on California. This role will also partner and work with an inside sales representative.

About You

Location:

Remote (work from home), California preferred

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience selling into the California education market

  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding quota

  • Proven rolodex of district level contacts

  • Carried a quota of $1M+ annually

  • Entrepreneurial mindset

  • Creative and self-driven

  • Self-confidence and motivation

  • The ability to work with others in team to achieve common objectives

  • Ability to build new sales & develop new customer base

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

Familiar with Asana task management software

Familiar with Salesforce CRM software

Familiar with Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Track record of working in a rapidly growing organization

Your Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by expanding existing business and developing new business via phone sales

  • Deliver professional sales presentations to high-level decision makers with the ability to close business

  • Partner with inside sales executive to strategically and successfully close business in assigned territory

  • Improve product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and customer data base records.

  • Deliver, complete accurate paperwork in a timely manner

  • Be informed of funding opportunities in assigned territory, and keep districts and management updated on critical deadlines

  • Continue to learn and understand education trends
