Marketing Director

ProSolve is looking for a Marketing Director to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads & Event Requests.

About You

Location:

Primarily remote (work from home), nearby Lehi, Utah for in-person meetings

Qualifications:
  • 4 or more years in direct marketing/sales roles 

  • Preferably experience with marketing in the k12 education market

  • Knowledge of the buying cycles and needs of school districts

  • Experience with typical marketing tools/strategies like PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content marketing, etc. 

  • Able to work from home 80% or more of the time effectively 

  • Able to meet in person with sales team in Lehi, UT area (probably once a week)

  • Preferably marketing background in B2B models 

  • Experience with executing marketing events like trade shows, seminars, etc. ​

Preferred:
  • Track record of working in a rapidly growing organization

  • Familiar with Salesforce

  • Familiar with Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage emails and text messages going out to our company network​

  • Lead the development of new marketing material and strategies to grow the brand

  • Orchestrate dozens of events to create sales opportunities

  • Communicate efficiently with the sales team in order to hand off opportunities 

  • Help the company better define what a quality lead is and creating strategies to attract more

  • Manage a marketing budget and track cost per lead acquisition 

  • Assist documenting and sharing stories from current customers
