Professional Trainer

ProSolve is looking for Professional Trainers to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assisting our staff in delivering and on-site implementing our products and services. We are looking for individuals who can commit to one-day training events and professional development experiences.

 

As we work primarily with schools, we are looking for staff available for any of the following times: weekends, during the school work day, and for after-school events. For this summer, we are seeking candidates to support the implementation of a program for at least two weeks between the weeks of June 1st to July 8th.

About You

Location:

Remote (work from home) with frequent travel

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with youth and adults

  • Experience leading large groups of people (e.g., performing, professional training, educating, presenting, acting, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; articulate, engaging, and compelling

  • Demonstrated ability to reach diverse groups of people with varied backgrounds and learning styles. 

  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and attentive to detail

  • Internal motivation to learn and grow constantly

  • The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize job responsibilities

  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Willingness and ability to travel (usually around 5 days each month)

Preferred:
  • Education/training as a professional trainer or equivalent experience in the education field.

  • Experience working in a rapidly growing organization.

  • Live within a 30-45 mile radius of our current programs in California. Most programs are in Los Angeles, Bakersfield, San Jose, The Bay Area, Sacramento, Modesto, and Fresno.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate experiential learning that is immersive, interactive, and highly engaging. 

  • Learn and effectively deliver content from the program script

  • Include personal examples, anecdotes, and stories as they relate to program delivery​

  • Travel by car or air with all program-related equipment​

  • Maintain valid travel documents​

  • Pass standard background checks required to be certified to work with youth in schools​.

  • Represent ProSolve and our interests to administrators, teachers, and students.

Pay Structure

  • $200-$300 daily stipend - based on background/qualifications

  • Travel/mileage stipend and per diem available

  • Asynchronous onboarding/training 

  • In-person training on May 12th (5:00-7:30 pm) & May 13th (8:00 am - 3:00 pm)
