QUEST Summer Camp Facilitator
ProSolve is looking for Summer Program Facilitators to join our growing team and facilitate QUEST Camp, a summer camp program for K-8th grade students. Each of our programs is 1 to 6 weeks long and may require long-term travel for the summer, depending on where you live.
We are looking for individuals who can commit to at least 2 weeks between the weeks of June 1st to July 8th. Additionally, we are seeking staff for our 6-week programs.

In QUEST Camp, students play, connect, and create through experiential, game-based learning that combines the physical elements of board games, the digital interface of a video game, and the strategy of escape rooms. QUEST Camp programming fosters social-emotional development, cultivates life-ready skills, and incorporates artwork and creative design with presentation opportunities.

About You
Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to supervise and build relationships with youth and teens

Demonstrated ability to reach diverse groups of people with varied backgrounds and learning styles.

Have experience with building relationships and applying classroom management skills.

Desire to spark learning through purposeful play through relevant and authentic experiences that are meaningful to students.

Pass standard background checks required to be certified to work with youth in schools.
Preferred:
-
Our ideal candidate is a certified educator; however, we will consider those with equivalent experience working with youth.

Live within a 30-45 mile radius of our current programs in California. Most programs are in Los Angeles, Bakersfield, San Jose, The Bay Area, Sacramento, Modesto, and Fresno.

Be available to relocate to California or Texas for 2-6 weeks and live with a team in shared accommodations.
Your Responsibilities

Facilitate our QUEST content with 15-25 students in grades K-8 for several hours daily.

Learn and effectively deliver our QUEST content that combines aspects of escape rooms, video games, and board games.

Build positive relationships with the administrators, teachers, and students.

Deliver an exceptional summer camp experience by creating a fun and engaging learning environment.

Apply classroom management strategies to create a safe and inclusive classroom community.

Collaborate with a team of other facilitators working within the same district.

Communicate and report day-to-day activities to the company management team.

Represent ProSolve and our interests to administrators, teachers, and students in the assigned school district.
Pay Structure
-
$600-$1500 weekly stipend - based on the number of hours per day/days per week

Travel/mileage stipend and per diem available

Asynchronous onboarding/training

In-person training on May 12 (5:00-7:30 pm) & May 13 (8:00 am - 3:00 pm)
